  1. Lectura y consideraci\u00f3n del acta de la Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de fecha 01\/06\/2023.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. PROYECTO DE ORDENANZA: DECLARAR al<\/strong> Se\u00f1or JORGE EDUARDO BOULARD \u201cVECINO DESTACADO\u201d de<\/strong> la Ciudad de Bell Ville. Presentado por el Concejo en Pleno, el d\u00eda 30\/05\/2023, bajo el N\u00b0 3521\/2023<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. PROYECTO DE ORDENANZA: RATIFIQUESE <\/strong>en todos sus t\u00e9rminos el convenio de adhesi\u00f3n al Programa de Desarrollo de Infraestructura Municipal- etapa I, celebrado entre la MUNICIPALIDAD DE BELL VILLE, representada por el se\u00f1or Intendente Municipal Dr. Carlos Edgardo BRINER, y el MINISTERIO DE OBRAS P\u00daBLICAS DE LA NACI\u00d3N, representado por la Secretaria de Obras P\u00fablicas a cargo del Arq. D. Carlos Augusto RODR\u00cdGUEZ. Presentado por el D.E.M. el d\u00eda 02\/06\/2023, bajo el N\u00b0 3522\/2023.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. PROYECTO DE ORDENANZA: RATIFICASE<\/strong> en todos sus t\u00e9rminos la Adenda al Convenio de Prestaci\u00f3n de Servicios Por Plan Sumar de fecha 01 de junio del a\u00f1o 2023, celebrado entre la MUNICIPALIDAD DE BELL VILLE, representada por el se\u00f1or Intendente Municipal Dr. Carlos Edgardo BRINER, y la firma RETIA SOLUCIONES S.A. representada por su apoderado Sr. Agust\u00edn CANARI, Presentado por el D.E.M. el d\u00eda 02\/06\/2023, bajo el N\u00b0 3523\/2023.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. PROYECTO DE ORDENANZA:\u00a0 FACULTAR <\/strong>al D.E.M. <\/strong>a gestionar y tomar del Fondo Permanente, Etapa 49 y 50, un pr\u00e9stamo de pesos Diez Millones Ochocientos Mil ($10.800.000.-) para ejecutar obras de remodelaci\u00f3n de Espacios P\u00fablicos. PROYECTO DE ORDENANZA: AUTORIZANDO<\/strong> al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a adquirir de manera directa de la empresa \u201cCrucijuegos Insumos P\u00fablicos S.R.L.\u201d CUIT N\u00b0 30-71206423-0, con domicilio en Ezeiza N\u00b0 1631 de la localidad de Rosario, Provincia de Santa Fe, juegos y equipamientos para ser instalados en diferentes espacios p\u00fablicos de la ciudad, por la suma total de Pesos treinta y nueve millones setecientos treinta y siete mil seiscientos cuarenta y siete con 84\/100 ctvs. ($39.737.647,84) IVA, gastos de traslados e instalaci\u00f3n incluidos.
